가정의학과 전공의의 분만개조에 대한 수련실태 분석 (A Study about Training of Delivery in a Residency Prigram of Family Mdeicine)

Abstract

It is well known that training about delivery is a very important part of residency program in Family Medicine. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of training about delivery by analyzing delivery records of one hospital in which Family Medicine residency program is done. The results are as follows,
1. The number of women admitted for delivery during 2 years in 2200(1987.1.1~1988.12.31)
2. The ratio of primiparous & multiparous is 1.3:1.
3. The rate of Cesarian section is 26.4%.
4. The number of cases of delivery which one resident has experienced is 85, of which vaginal delivery is 61 cases, & C/S delivery is 24.
5. The causes of performing C/S delivery in primiparous are CPD(56.6%), breech presentation(16.0%) & fetal distress(4.5%) in decreasing order. In multiparous, repeated C/S(74.7%), breech presentation(7.6%) & CPD(4.8%)
