일부 농촌주민의 모자보건센타 타설분만의 이용요인에 대한 예비조사

Abstract

To promote hospital delivery at MCH Center, both hosptial delievery group were investigated by interview questionnaire to document utilization factors which determine either hospital delivery or home delivery.
This study was carried out on 33 persons of hospital delivery goup at MCH center and 29 persons of home delivery group in Chun-sung country, Kangwon province from July 1st, to September 30th. 1986.
The findings are summarized as follows.
1. Statistically significant utilization factors were number of delivery, educational level of husband, payment method of medical care cost, presence or absence of antenatal care service, difference of antenatal care providers, attitude about cost of hospital delivery and knowledge about advantages of hospital delivery.
2. Statistically non-significant utilization factors were educational level of pregnant woman, income of household, knowledge about delivery provider at MCH center, distance from home to MCH center (by time)and presence or absence of complications of pregnancy.
