형성기 가족의 생활사건과 관련된 스트레스량과 생활사건의 내용분석 (A Study on the Stress Amout Related to Life Event in the Period of Formation)

Abstract
In order to assess the function of the beginning family, 55 womens of primigravida who admitted in a general hospital for delivery were requested to answer questions about the recent life event. After then we analyzed the amount of stress during the 'period of formation' and the contents of the frequent life event.
The stress amount of dual-career family was higher than that of orthers. Highly ranked 10 stressful life events during the 'period of formation' were moving(43%), examination of employment and promotion, addition of new family members(36% respectively), marital discord, new experience of religion, new friendship(29% respectively), success in business of the householoder, increment of income(25% respectively), death of a near relation, and abortion(22% respectively).
With these results we could presume the socioeconomic problems and emotional unstability during this period. So we emphasized the role of family physician as comprehensive and continuous caretaker.
