Abstract

In order to know the clinical content of Health examination patient.The patients chart were reviewed and analysed, All patients who were visited to the family Medicine Department from May, 1988, to October, 1989 were selected and analysed.
1. The total number of patients was 476 in which 261 was male (55.0%) and the number of female was 215(45.0%).
2. The age distribution of patients was 0 through 79 years old. The largest was the 40-49 year old group by 31.1%. The smallest was 10-19 year old group. 0-19 year old group was none.
3. The 4 most common chief complaints were Health care maintenance, Fatigue & General weelcness, Epigastric pain and Epigastric fullness.
4. The 4 most common Disease by diagnosis were Medical examination, Disorders of stomach function and other disease of stomach & Duodenum, All other signs, symptoms and ill-defined condition.
5. The 3 most common contents by Diagnostic Category were Supplementary classification.Sign, symptom, ill-defined condition and Digestive system diseases.
6. The referral rate was 12.2%.
