This corrects the article "The Impact of Pharmacist Medication Reviews on Geriatric Patients: A Scoping Review" in Volume 45 on page 125.

There was an error in the article, “The impact of pharmacist medication reviews on geriatric patients: a scoping review.” [1] In the editing process, the y-axis title of Figure 3 was incorrectly added, and we need to correct it. The corrected Figure 3 is shown below.
